To switch program from visible to stealth mode you have to run Advanced Hide Folders Control Panel. Click to Advanced Hide Folders Control Panel shortcut within Windows Start menu (as below):

Start > Programs > Advanced Hide Folders > Advanced Hide Folders Control Panel shortcut

Then click to Security menu and choose Go to stealth mode item to get following window:



Click to Yes and OK then to switch Advanced Hide Folders to stealth mode. Now program will be completely invisible.
